Bart Van der Stockt serves as the President of UNILIN's division of technologies since January 2006, focusing on the enforcement and exploitation of intellectual property rights. Previously, Bart held roles such as Head of Licensing, where responsibilities included overseeing the commercial and legal aspects of the IP portfolio and training team members, and General Counsel, which involved IP contract drafting, worldwide patent enforcement, and managing compliance audits. Bart began the career as Legal Counsel at UNILIN, specializing in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. Academically, Bart earned an MBA from Vlerick Business School and a Master in Law from Ghent University.
