Carly O'Neill has over a decade of experience in customer support and marketing roles. Since February 2018, Carly has held various positions at Unilink, progressing from Marketing Executive to UTS Customer Support Manager, while also serving as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator and Community Ambassador.
