Francis Toye is the CEO and Founder of Unilink Group, a business that produces software products to enhance the operations of prisons and probation. Francis has also served as a Mentor at IVMS - Imperial Venture Mentoring Service and a Business Mentor at HM Government Help to Grow Programme. Prior to this, Francis has a background in sales, management, technical roles at IBM and research in systems development at ICI Mond Division. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Theoretical Physics from Imperial College London and a Master of Business Administration from The Open University. Additionally, Francis completed Goldman Sachs sponsored courses in Business Administration and Management at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
