Dima Karlinsky has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Project Manager at Kfir Security where they managed multiple work sites and a large team. In 2009, they transitioned to Unilog where they held various roles, including Air Export Referent, Project Manager in the Logistics Department, Director of Operations in the Logistics Department, and ultimately Vice President of Business Development. Throughout their roles at Unilog, they demonstrated expertise in handling supply chain solutions, managing client relationships, and finding new partners and suppliers.

Dima Karlinsky has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Business law from The Open University of Israel.
