Connor Pelham

Connor Pelham is an experienced professional in project management and services leadership, currently serving as the Professional Services Lead - Centralised PMO at Unily since July 2019. With a strong background in managing client onboarding and implementation processes, Connor has transitioned through various roles including Functional Lead - PMO, Senior Onboarding Manager, and Customer Success Manager, focusing on enhancing client experiences and service efficiency. Prior to Unily, Connor gained valuable insights in project management through positions at FDM Group, the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, and the London Metal Exchange. A veteran of the British Army, Connor's foundational skills were developed as a Combat Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, contributing to effective teamwork and leadership in challenging environments. Academically, Connor holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Business Management from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and an NVQ in Engineering Maintenance from the Royal School of Military Engineering.
