Kristy Panfil

Kristy Panfil, PMP, is a Senior Implementation Manager at Unily since April 2021, previously serving as an Implementation Manager. From May 2017 to April 2021, Kristy held the role of Implementation Project Manager/Software Specialist at TenEleven Group, where leadership and project management skills were utilized to guide clients in the development of customized, cloud-based software for behavioral health and substance abuse services. Prior to this, Kristy worked at Spectrum as a Video Repair Supervisor, overseeing a helpdesk team, and has a background in customer service roles at Wegmans Food Markets and Walt Disney World. Kristy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Buffalo State University.
