Harbie Baluan

Harbie Baluan has extensive experience in AutoCAD drafting and operations, currently working as an AutoCAD Draftsman at Tarif Alarabia Contracting Company since October 2022. Prior to this role, Harbie served as an AutoCAD Operator at UNIMAC - United Maintenance and Contracting Company from April 2016 to the present, and previously held the same position at United Maintenance and Contracting Company from April 2016 to February 2020. Early in the career, Harbie worked as an AutoCAD Operator at Al Wabran Company and Partners from February 2003 to March 2015. Harbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Zamboanga A.E. College, completed from 1996 to 2001.
