Lim Jun Lin is an Executive Director of UGB. He was appointed to the Board on 10 August 2005. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Deakin University, Australia. He commenced his career in 1997 by joining UGB as a Manager. He oversees the business development of overseas subsidiaries and manufacturing operations of the Group. He sits on the Board of several private limited companies.

Unimech Group Berhad (UGB) was incorporated in Malaysia on 25 October 1996 as a private company limited by shares under the Companies Act, 1965 as Unimech Group Sdn Bhd. It was converted to a public company limited by shares and assumed its present name on 8 November 1996.
