Gabriel Rando

Gabriel Rando is an experienced IT manager and consultant with a strong background in technology management and software development. Currently serving as Gerente de TI at Unimed Manaus since June 2017, Gabriel is responsible for the innovation and technology management of a health plan operator and its hospital unit, successfully restructuring the sector and implementing a consultative methodology. Additionally, since December 2019, Gabriel has been the CEO of SIGPLUS Soluções Corporativas, overseeing administrative and consulting areas. Prior experience includes roles as Diretor/Consultor/Desenvolvedor at Rando Consulting, where significant projects involved financial diagnostics and systems development, and as Consultor at Work Consulting, specializing in process mapping and ISO implementation. Gabriel held the position of Gerente de TI at Unimed Lencois Paulista for over 13 years, managing team operations and leading various successful technology initiatives. Gabriel holds a post-graduate degree in Computer Networks from Escola Superior Aberta do Brasil and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Analysis from Universidade do Sagrado Coração.
