Jamie Afnaim

Jamie Afnaim is a seasoned professional in the metals trading and finance industry, currently serving as Co-Founder of Unimetals since January 2023, where the focus is on developing and optimizing metals recycling and processing businesses. Prior to Unimetals, Jamie held the position of Partner & Managing Director at Gemcorp Capital from April 2017 to September 2022, overseeing cross-commodity trade and structured finance. Jamie also served as Head of Structured Trade Finance for Copper & Ferrous at Gerald Group from May 2014 to March 2017, following a role as Commercial Director at RB Metalloyd, where strategic transactions were managed until its sale to Gerald Metals. Jamie's career began at Ronly Ltd. as a Trader, and earlier work experience includes various short-term projects and training assignments in reputable organizations. Jamie holds a BSc in International Business from Loughborough University.
