Larissa Joya Olarte

Larissa Joya Olarte is an experienced professional in university graduate relations and operational management, currently serving as Subdirector General de Egresados at UNIMINUTO Colombia since February 2022. Larissa has held various positions including Asociado at Be Trust SAS since September 2019, Operations Office at Decon Structural Engineering, and roles focused on service structuring and graduate relations at multiple educational institutions such as the Escuela Superior de Administración Pública and Universidad de Los Andes. With a background in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes and a postgraduate degree in International Business Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Larissa has developed programs to enhance graduate relations and well-being on a national level while strengthening connections and operational structures within universities.
