Vishnu M

Vishnu M has over 15 years of work experience in the IT industry. Vishnu started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Khoday Contact Center in 2005. In 2006, they joined UAE Exchange India as the Head of Software Quality Assurance, where they were responsible for implementing ISMS (ISO 27001) and ensuring software testing and quality assurance. In 2016, Vishnu worked as the Head of Information Technology at VoxDoc BPO Pvt Ltd, where they were involved in IT staffing, operations, budgeting, and procurement. Vishnu also served as a Project Manager for corporate and transactional websites. Currently, they are working at Unimoni as the Head of IT (Quality Assurance), overseeing the overall quality of projects and supervising the preparation of test cases and test plans.

Vishnu M earned a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Dr.G.R.Damodaran College of Science from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Kerala from 1999 to 2002. Vishnu also holds additional certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2019 and several certifications in areas such as cyber sleuthing, JAVA programming, network-centered computing, and software testing, obtained between 2001 and 2010.
