Jessie Young

Jessie Young is an experienced ML Infrastructure Consultant currently working at Union.ai, where responsibilities include optimizing container cold boot times for Flyte ML and data workflows. Previously, at Replicate, research focused on improving ML model cold boot times for GPU hosting. As a co-founder of Cakework, Jessie developed a serverless cloud functions platform and participated in Y Combinator's Winter '23 batch. Prior roles include Senior Engineer at Measure Labs, where Jessie built various applications and tools, and a Senior Software Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS) leading the launch of Contact Lens for Amazon Connect. Jessie also contributed to the development of natural language processing services at AWS and worked on forecasting frameworks in Amazon's Supply Chain Optimization Technologies. Jessie holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
