Sean Chiarito

Sean Chiarito currently serves as Vice President at Union.ai, focusing on building processes and strategies to enhance open-source community adoption and customer acquisition. Previously, Sean held the position of Vice President at StackState, where responsibilities included establishing a go-to-market organization for the Americas. At NetApp, Sean was the Americas Sales Leader, achieving significant revenue growth through effective sales enablement. As Area Vice President at CloudBees, Sean developed a high-performing Enterprise Sales organization, dramatically increasing average contract values. Sean's career also includes a Director role at Oracle, where leadership of the MySQL Americas Enterprise sales organization resulted in consistently exceeding sales quotas. Sean earned a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Lehigh University.
