Ysabel Goicochea Tinoco

Ysabel Goicochea Tinoco currently holds the position of Líder de Aprendizaje y Cultura at UNACEM since June 2023 and serves as an Embajadora for Mujeres del Futuro since March 2021, advocating for women's well-being and balance in personal and professional roles. With prior experience in corporate learning at AENZA and consulting in learning and development at Banco Falabella Perú, Ysabel Goicochea Tinoco has demonstrated expertise in organizational development and talent management throughout various roles held from 2007 to 2023. Educational qualifications include a Diplomado en Coaching Laboral y Outplacement from Universidad Andres Bello and leadership training from Esade and INCAE Business School, complemented by a Master's degree in Administration and Management from EOI Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Ricardo Palma.
