Mahesh Jayasuriya

Mahesh Jayasuriya is the current Vice President of Procurement & Logistics at Union Assurance. Prior to this, they were with Nehmeh Corporation from January 2007 to April 2012 as Fleet Manager. In May 2012, they joined Freight Links International (Pte) Ltd as General Manager Haulage Division and held this position until March 2015. From February 2004 to January 2007, they were with Freight Links International (Pte) Ltd as Manager Haulage Division. Prior to that, they served in the Sri Lanka Air Force from April 1983 to February 2004, where they attained the rank of Wing Commander.

Mahesh Jayasuriya studied at the Asia e University, where they obtained an EMsc in Supply Chain Management. Mahesh also has a Diploma in Trade, Shipping and Logistics from the Institute of Commercial Studies Colombo, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the National Institiute of Buisness Management. In addition, they are a Commisioned Officer with the Sri Lanka Air Force, and has a Diploma in Qauality Management from the Sri Lanka Standard Institute.

Mahesh Jayasuriya reports to Jude Gomes, CEO. They are on a team with Imtiyaz Aniff - Chief People Officer, Rumesh Modarage - CTO, and Lucille Diaz - Head of Partnerships.
