Sashika Perera is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and planning. Currently serving as Senior Manager Finance & Planning at Union Assurance PLC since February 2020, Sashika leads a financial reporting team responsible for regulatory compliance and the preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements for the Colombo Stock Exchange. Previous roles include Manager Finance and Planning and Assistant Manager Finance at the same company, as well as Assistant Manager - Audit at RD Partners Chartered Accountants and Executive Finance at Siyapatha Finance. Sashika holds an MBA in IT, Business IT from the University of Moratuwa, a Professional Qualification in Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
