Altin Koci

Altin Koci is an experienced professional in risk management, currently serving as the Deputy Head of the Risk Management Department at Union Bank Albania since October 2019, with a focus on Compliance Risk Management. Prior experience includes over fourteen years at International Commercial Bank, where roles spanned from Chief Risk Officer to Head of Risk, managing various risk frameworks and ensuring compliance with financial risk limits. Altin Koci's earlier positions include treasury and financial management roles at the National Bank of Greece, Savings Bank of Albania, and DV Albturist Hoteliers, as well as contract management with the European Union's PHARE program. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate Program for Finance & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and Georgetown University.
