Dilshani Molagoda

Dilshani Molagoda currently serves as Manager of Operations at Union Bank of Colombo, a position held since March 2018, and previously held the role of Assistant Branch Manager. Prior experience includes various positions at Nations Trust Bank PLC from August 2011 to February 2018, encompassing roles such as Private Banking Relationship Manager, Senior Banking Operations Officer, Inner Circle Ambassador, and Trainee Banking Assistant. Educational qualifications include completion of the CIMA program from September 2021 to December 2023, a Diploma in Credit Management from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka in 2015, and a CBF in Banking from the same institute from 2012 to 2014. Education was completed at Anula Vidyalaya from 2008 to 2010.
