Imdaad Naguib

Imdaad Naguib currently serves as Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Officer at Union Bank of Colombo since July 2025. Prior to this role, Imdaad was employed at Dialog Axiata PLC, where positions included Assistant Vice President of Digital Customer Experience & Service Management Platforms and General Manager of Digital Customer Experience & omnichannel from March 2021 to July 2025. Previously, Imdaad held the position of General Manager of Emergent Business Information Systems at Citizens Development Business Finance PLC from 2006 to September 2019. Additional experience includes serving as IT Manager at Merchant Credit of Sri Lanka and as Senior Analyst Programmer/Project Manager at OpenArc Systems Management (pvt) Ltd. Imdaad Naguib holds an MSc in Information Systems from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology and has completed the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School. Further education includes training in Japan, as well as a qualification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
