Prior to this, John Rop was Michigan Sales Manager at Coast One Mortgage from August 2020 to November 2022 and served as a Lending Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from November 2006 to November 2019, where major achievements included recruiting, training, and developing staff, as well as significantly improving customer satisfaction results within a three-year timeframe.
