Delisa Joseph

Delisa Joseph is an Advisor at Union Capital Boston. Prior to their current role, Joseph served as the Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at State Street from June 2015 to November 2018. In this role, they were responsible for working with business unit managers to remediate and review any privacy issues, including Inadvertent Data Disclosures and Cross Border Transfer Reviews. Joseph also participated in projects to ensure compliance of data privacy controls, developed a recordkeeping system for vendor applications, and led a global macro governance initiative.

Before their time at State Street, Joseph served as the Vice President of KYC Operations at Citi from July 2008 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of analysts that were responsible for conducting due diligence on new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
