Emilio Dorcely

Emilio Dorcely is the current advisor at Union Capital Boston. Prior to this, they were the President and CEO at Bridge Street Development Corporation from January 2011 to September 2019. Emilio has also worked as the Director of Nonprofit Programs and Practice at Independent Sector from January 2010 to December 2011. From January 2007 to December 2010, Dorcely worked as an independent consultant at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. Additionally, they served as the Director of Programs and Administration at the Association of Black Foundation Executives, Inc from January 2005 to December 2007. Dorcely has also been a consultant since January 2007 and has worked with various companies in that capacity. Prior to becoming a consultant, they served as the Director for the Executive Office of the Mayor in Washington D.C. from January 2004 to December 2005. Lastly, Dorcely was the Program Officer at the Rhode Island Foundation from January 2002 to December 2004 and the Director at United Way of New York City from January 1995 to December 1999.
