Rick Grudzinski

Rick Grudzinski has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on structured finance securities. Rick began their career as a Corporate Trust Administrator at State Street Bank & Trust Co., where they calculated monthly payments for mortgage-backed securities and worked with the development team to design and test the next generation of bond payment calculation software. In May 1995, they joined Intex Solutions, Inc. as Lead Product Manager. There they oversaw the development and release of multiple software products for analyzing structured finance securities, evaluated multiple priorities, and coordinated with the development team to ensure on-time software releases that met client requirements. Rick also served as lead product manager for the introduction of Intex's next-generation user interface (INTEXcalc), which quickly became the industry standard. In August 2014, they joined Union Capital Boston as an Advisor.

Rick Grudzinski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and English from Amherst College.
