Thai Nam Pham, MMC, CPMC, currently serves as the City Clerk for the City of Union City since February 2024. Prior to this role, Thai Nam Pham held the position of City Clerk for the City of Gilroy from December 2021 to February 2024 and served as the Deputy City Clerk for the City of Emeryville from July 2018 to November 2021.
