Adam Shanno

Adam Shanno is a Client Services Support Analyst at Union College since November 2022, specializing in the evaluation and analysis of computer systems on campus and consulting with users to implement suitable technologies. Prior to this role, Adam served as a Help Desk Technician I at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany from February 2020 to November 2022, providing Level 1 technical support and managing Help Desk requests. From September 2017 to February 2020, Adam worked as a School Counselor at Colonie Youth Center, overseeing children's safety and maintaining attendance records, and previously worked as a Summer Camp Counselor for the Town of Colonie between July 2016 and August 2019. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Forensics from the University at Albany (2020-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security from The College of Saint Rose (2017-2020).
