Catherine Straube

Catherine Straube currently serves as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator and Director of Residential Education and Housing at Union College since February 2024. Prior to this role, Catherine held several key positions at Auburn University at Montgomery, including Assistant Dean of Student Life, where leadership of a team resulted in significant improvements in community engagement and staff performance, and Interim Student Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, driving successful diversity initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Residence Life and Greek Affairs at Cumberland University, Area Coordinator at both Middle Tennessee State University and Bridgewater College, Resident Director at Alpha Sigma Alpha Beta Beta Chapter, and Head Resident Assistant at Roanoke College. Catherine holds a Master of Science in Higher Education from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College.
