Alina F. Young Pe

Alina F. Young, PE, PMP, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a project manager at Fontaine Engineering, Alina manages American Rescue Plan funding for Rural Water Associations in Mississippi. In a concurrent role as CIP project manager for Union County, NC, responsibilities include oversight of various water line extension programs and infrastructure projects. Prior experience includes project management roles at the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, where Alina managed a $356 million program related to the BP oil spill and contributed to water quality standards development. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, both from Mississippi State University.
