Rebecca Kiker

Rebecca Kiker has over 18 years of experience in education, currently serving as the Human Capital Coordinator for Secondary Education at Union County Public Schools since July 2005. In this role, Rebecca focuses on the recruitment and retention of teachers for middle and high schools. Previous positions at Union County Public Schools include Assistant Principal and Career Development Coordinator, where responsibilities involved supporting Career and Technical Education and coordinating career development services for students. In addition to administrative roles, Rebecca has extensive teaching experience as an Agriculture Teacher, delivering courses in horticulture, animal science, equine studies, and environmental sciences. Educational credentials include a Master of School Administration from Appalachian State University, a Master of Education in Two-Year College Administration from Western Carolina University, and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education from North Carolina State University.
