Union County Public Schools is located south of Charlotte, North Carolina.  It is the 6th largest  and fastest growing school system in the state.  It currently has 53 schools with 30 elementary, 9 middle, 11 high, and 3 special purpose schools.  The current enrollment is over 38,000 students.
