Fred Vianas

A graduate of HEC, Fred Vianas began his career with the Havas group, where he held the position of Director of Management Control at Havas Régies. In 2000, he was appointed Managing Director of a subsidiary (Direct Marketing) of the Vivendi Group. He joined the Canal+ group in 2004, as Administrative and Financial Director of Canal+ International.

Joined the Macif Group in 2010, he was appointed Managing Director of Macif-Mutualité and Director of the Health and Welfare Division in 2014. He then initiated a plan to transform the industrial model and brought together various mutuals, thus doubling the turnover of business of this activity. In 2018, he took over the management of the Group's personal insurance, then, in 2019, he was appointed Group Strategy and Performance Director. In this capacity, he leads the merger project between the Macif and Aésio groups to form Aéma Groupe, which will be created in early 2021. From the start of the discussions, he led the project for the acquisition of Aviva France by Aéma Groupe ; acquisition completed on September 30, 2021.

On January 19, 2022, he was appointed by the Board of Directors of UFF, Chief Executive Officer of Union Financière de France Banque (UFFB). He also serves as Chairman of Ufifrance Gestion, Ufifrance Patrimoine, CGP Entrepreneurs and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Myria Asset Management.
