Ariel Kurland

Ariel Kurland is a seasoned development professional with significant experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Director of Development for West Coast Camps at the Union for Reform Judaism since March 2022. Previous roles include Senior Strategist at Greater Good Strategy, Director of Young Leadership at The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, and Senior Director of Community Engagement at BBYO. Kurland began the career at BBYO and has also held positions in education and administration, including Head Preschool Teacher at Yankuta and Administrative Assistant at Farallon Capital Management. Educational credentials include a BA in Political Science and International Relations from UC Santa Barbara and study at Tel Aviv University.
