Jill P. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jill started their career in 1991 as a Promotions Coordinator at Gower Medical Publishing. Jill then joined Technovations in 1992 as a Project Manager. In 1995, Jill P. transitioned into the role of a User Interface / Graphic Designer at LBi Software Engineering, where they worked until 1998. Jill then moved on to MCY.com, where they served as an Art Director until 2000. In the same year, they also worked as a Freelance Web Designer & Photographer. Jill P. joined Xworld as an Art Director in 2000 and worked there until 2001. In 2003, they took up the role of Creative Director at the Union for Reform Judaism, where they are currently employed.

Jill P. completed their education from 1984 to 1988 at Cornell University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a specialization in Photography. In May 2022, they also earned an additional certification in "An Introduction to Accessibility and Inclusive Design (with Honors)" from Coursera.
