Union for Reform Judaism
Judi Ratner has extensive experience in Jewish community engagement and education, with a career spanning several leadership roles at the Union for Reform Judaism from 2004 to the present. As the Retired Associate Director of the URJ Knowledge Network, Judi oversaw the connection between knowledge seekers and providers to enhance congregational strength. Prior roles included Knowledge Network Manager and Congregational Representative for the South District, focusing on building partnerships with congregational leaders. Judi also served as Regional Director of Youth Programs, supporting congregations in youth education and engagement. Earlier experience includes serving as Youth Director at Temple Emanu-El in Dallas, where strong youth culture and engagement were prioritized. Judi holds a Master's degree in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington.
