Julie Lambert has extensive experience in Jewish education and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Director of Integrated Program Strategy and Business Operations for the Union for Reform Judaism since January 2016. In this role, Julie drives transformational change across North America's largest Jewish movement, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and aligning programmatic vision with operational execution. As an adjunct professor at Hebrew Union College, Julie teaches graduate-level courses in instructional leadership and professional development, while also mentoring future clergy and educators. Prior roles include senior consultant positions in educational development and leadership training, where Julie secured significant funding for professional learning initiatives. With a strong background in curriculum development, Julie has contributed to various educational programs and led transformative projects in Jewish education. Julie earned a Master of Arts in Jewish Education and Jewish Communal Service from Hebrew Union College and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Northwestern University.
