Yolanda previously served as the Executive Director at Operation Understanding DC, a non-profit organization focusing on building African American and Jewish leaders. With a background in public health and health equity, Yolanda has held roles at various organizations including the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Yolanda holds a Master of Science in Education from Jackson State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Tougaloo College.
