The Leadership Team at the Union for Reform Judaism drives organizational strategy and oversees the development of programs that enhance congregational engagement and leadership development. They collaborate on initiatives that promote the values of Reform Judaism, ensure effective governance, and manage key operations across URJ Camps and other immersive experiences, while fostering a culture of inclusivity and community within the Jewish congregation.
