Hesham Medhat Ali

Hesham Medhat Ali currently serves as the IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager at Union Group, overseeing hybrid infrastructure and operations across Egypt and Dubai since October 2023. With extensive experience in IT management, Hesham has previously held positions such as IT Infrastructure Section Head at EMEC, where oversight of IT infrastructure for multiple locations in four countries was a key responsibility, and IT System Administrator Section Head at Bavarian Auto Group, managing systems administration and service management. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ain Shams University and an ongoing Master of Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
