Wael Abodoma

Wael Abodoma MBA is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Head of Sales at Union Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Wael held multiple positions at UPD for Trading and Distribution from December 2015 to August 2023, including Head of Sales and Sales Manager, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and managing sales personnel. Wael began the career at Aptec Egypt as a Sales Representative and progressed through various roles at Union Group from April 2004 to November 2015, including Regional Sales Manager and Sales Supervisor. Wael holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and is currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at Ain Shams University, expected to be completed in December 2025.
