Carol Madden

Carol Madden has extensive experience in operations management within the financial sector, currently serving as the Production and Operations Manager, Facilities Management, and Licensing Coordinator at Union Home Mortgage Corp. since February 2015. Prior to this role, Carol held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Talmer Bank and Trust from 2014 until its acquisition of First Place Bank, where Carol previously worked in the same role from February 2003 to February 2014. Carol Madden holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, both earned between 1983 and 1987.
