Lisa Cosby

Lisa Cosby serves as the Condition UW & EMT Manager at Union Home Mortgage Corp. since November 2024, overseeing two teams of Condition Underwriters focused on underwriting resubmittals and expedited review processes. Previously, Lisa worked as an Expedite Underwriter at the same company, handling urgent loan approvals and revisions. Lisa’s earlier experience includes a role as a Loan Processor at Tucker Mortgage from 1997 to 2015, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive loan file reviews and updates to automated systems. Additionally, Lisa held administrative positions at Whipple & Company and Fidelity & Deposit in the late 1980s. Lisa's educational background includes studies at the University of Indianapolis - School of Business and a General Diploma from Thomas Carr Howe High School.
