Martin Healy

Martin Healy has extensive experience in leadership and community service, currently serving as President and CEO of personal retirement since May 2017. Previously, Martin held the position of Past Chairman on the Board of Trustees at Union Hospital of Cecil County, where involvement as a community volunteer supported the not-for-profit healthcare sector. A significant career at W. L. Gore & Associates from January 1989 to July 2017 included the role of Enterprise EHS Business Leader. Other leadership roles include Past President of BEPAC Cecil County and Member of ORC Worldwide. Martin's early career involved key positions in industrial hygiene with the Department of the Navy, United States Navy Medical Command, and General Electric. Educational credentials include a DEL-MEM from Duke University, an MHS from The Johns Hopkins University, and a BS in Environmental Sciences from Old Dominion University.
