Vivek Reddy

Vivek Reddy is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a focus on cardiology and palliative care. Currently serving as the Director of Post-Acute Cardiology at TeamHealth, Vivek Reddy has developed a cardiovascular service line aimed at reducing hospital re-admissions through bedside consultative care in rehabilitation facilities. In addition to this role, Vivek Reddy acts as an Associate Medical Director and team physician for Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, providing leadership in hospice care and home visits. As a Faculty Clinical Associate at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, Vivek Reddy serves as a clinical preceptor for Gerontology Nursing Practitioner Students. With extensive experience in various cardiology practices, including positions as a Transesophageal Echocardiographer at Union Hospital of Cecil County and Medical Director at Wesley Enhanced Living, Vivek Reddy has also contributed to education and program development for cardiology services at BAYADA Home Health Care. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Penn State University.
