Fares Safar has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 2015, Fares worked as a Logistics & Operations Officer at CIT "Center of International Trade," where they ensured timely product delivery, managed warehouse conditions, and obtained competitive quotations. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Logistics & Operations Coordinator, where they issued purchase orders, coordinated supplier payments, and verified invoice accuracy. In 2017, Fares became a Logistics & Operations Supervisor at the same company, overseeing tender negotiations, product delivery, and warehouse management.

In 2018, Fares joined Mimasco Import & Distribution Company as an Accountant – Mid Level. Here, they documented financial transactions, recommended financial actions, and conducted account reconciliations with banks, suppliers, and clients. In 2019, they took on the role of Accountant & Distributor Specialist at the same company, managing the distribution of a portfolio of spirits brands, developing a distribution plan, and supervising secret shopper activities to ensure high distribution levels.

In 2022, Fares shifted their focus to the insurance industry. Fares started as a Sales Executive at Al Reef Marble, responsible for sales activities. Later that year, they joined Union Insurance as a Relationship Manager in agency sales. Working with agents, Fares fostered relationships and facilitated sales.

Currently, Fares is a Sales Executive at Arabia Insurance Company, utilizing their sales expertise to contribute to the company's success.

Fares Safar pursued their higher education from 2013 to 2018 at the Higher Institute of Business Administration. During this period, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information System.
