Suruchi Bajaj

Suruchi Bajaj has over 15 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Suruchi started their career in 2004 as a Senior Process Specialist at XL Insurance, where they worked until 2007. Suruchi then joined Oman Insurance in 2008 as a Manager in Product Development, responsible for understanding client requirements and mobilizing support from Reinsurers. In 2012, they joined Union Insurance as a Senior Manager, where their roles included acquiring new business relationships, designing new products, and working closely with the marketing department. Suruchi also reviewed business figures and compiled reports for the President of the Life division at Union Insurance.

Suruchi Bajaj attended Ryans International School, where they completed their school education. Afterward, they enrolled at Amity University and pursued their MBA with a specialization in Finance. No specific start or end years were provided for either educational experience.
