Ericka Juno is an experienced training and development professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Training Design at Union Pacific Railroad since June 2012, Ericka leads the Workforce Resources Training Design & Development team, focusing on innovative learning methodologies to align with business objectives. Prior roles include Program Manager of Training Content at Union Pacific, Curriculum Development Specialist at Boys Town, and Sr. Continuing Education Training Specialist at Securities America Inc. Ericka’s foundational experience in training began with the US Air Force. Educational credentials include a Master's in Management from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Baylor University.
