Peter Decher has over 20 years of experience in logistics and customer care, currently serving as General Director of Customer Care and Support at Union Pacific Railroad since November 2015. Previous roles at Union Pacific include Assistant Vice President and Director of Automotive Market and Resource Planning, where Peter played a key role in developing effective resource and market strategies. Peter has also held leadership positions at ShipCarsNow and Insight Network Logistics, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. A graduate of Central Michigan University with a BSBA in Logistics and Marketing, Peter further enhanced expertise through the Global Supply Chain Executive Development Program at the University of Tennessee.
