Tammy Clidienst

Tammy Clidienst, MBA, has extensive experience in legal support and compliance management, currently serving as Manager of Legal Support and previously as Senior Manager of Ethics & Compliance at Union Pacific Railroad since 2008. Prior to this role, Tammy worked as a Legal Assistant to the Managing Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP, and as a Supervising Paralegal at Poli & Ball, where responsibilities included supervising a team and managing departmental operations. Tammy began a career as a Senior Paralegal at Silber Pearlman, focusing on interviewing and retaining plaintiffs affected by asbestos exposure. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resource Management, both from Columbia Southern University.
