Troy Jones

Troy Jones has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the sourcing, operations, and engineering fields. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management, Troy has held positions such as Plant Manager at Eaton Hydraulics, Operations Manager at Goodrich, and Quality Engineer at Norgren. Currently, Troy serves as the General Director Strategic Sourcing at Union Pacific Railroad, where Troy has also held various other titles including General Director of Sourcing Fulfillment and Process Improvement.
