Diane Mon is a Marketing Intern at Union & Partners since July 2019, where responsibilities have included developing an engaged community of followers for clients, assisting in social media strategy implementation, and writing and editing copy for client social media profiles. Simultaneously, Diane Mon has served as General Manager of Operations at Windsor Shoes since May 2015, successfully implementing an e-commerce strategy that increased annual revenue by 150%, forecasting product orders, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing customer communications, conducting inventory checks, and handling employee payroll. Diane Mon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baruch College from 2016 to 2020.

UNION is a multi-disciplinary design studio based in New York City. The studio was co-founded by Hugo Arturi who is currently Union's creative and strategic director.
